Justin Kellar joined ACS in August of 2007 and currently works as an intern. He previously interned in the Syracuse regional office of United States Senator Charles Schumer. Justin is a native of the Washington D.C. area, and graduated cum laude from Syracuse University in 2007 with a B.A. in Political Science.
