Bill Tucker, Assistant Director of Development since January 2008, joined ACS as the Database Coordinator & Development Assistant in October 2006. Before coming to ACS, Bill was a Curriculum Coordinator at the United States Telecommunications Training Institute, where he organized U.S.-based telecommunications training programs for professionals from developing countries. Bill has also worked as a research assistant at the Miller Center of Public Affairs, a national institution for research on the American presidency and the executive branch of government. He is a 2005 graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Foreign Affairs.
