On June 20, 2006, Professor Bill Marshall, Kenan Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, spoke to the Northeast Ohio Lawyer Chapter on "The Myth of Judicial Activism." The event took place at the Moot Court Room of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and drew about 70 people, including members of the federal and state bench, professors, lawyers and students.
