Paul M. Smith, a nationally renowned attorney at Jenner & Block LLP in Washington, DC, will be on the Lewis & Clark Law School campus on Monday to kick off the ACS event series on Supreme Court jurisprudence of the last decade. Mr. Smith has argued 13 cases before the Court, including Lawrence v. Texas and Celotex Corp. v. Catrett. Lawrence v. Texas is the landmark gay rights case that overturned Texas's anti-sodomy statute. Mr. Smith has been recognized as one of the best appellate and first amendment lawyers in the country for six years running by Best Lawyers in America - this is a do-not-miss event!

Presented by ACS, with special thanks to Dean Klonoff for his assistance in making this outstanding event happen. Co-Sponsored by ACLU, NLG, Outlaw, and MLSA.
