On Tuesday, February 28 the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy sponsored a brown-bag lunch discussion entitled "Judging Innocence: House v. Bell and Holmes v. South Carolina. University of Virginia School of Law Professor Brandon Garrett gave the talk on two innocence cases before the Supreme Court this term.
