Judging Innocence: House v. Bell and Holmes v. South Carolina

On Tuesday, February 28 the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy sponsored a brown-bag lunch discussion entitled "Judging Innocence: House v. Bell and Holmes v. South Carolina. University of Virginia School of Law Professor Brandon Garrett gave the talk on two innocence cases before the Supreme Court this term. His remarks were based on a recent article he co-authored that appeared in The National Law Journal. A story about the event ran in the Virginia Law Weekly.
