September 24, 2008, 5:00 pm: The 2008 Election: What Is at Stake for the Federal Judiciary, featuring David Barron, Professor of Law, Harvard Law School and Rachel Brand, Counsel, Wilmer Hale and Dorr LLP and Former Assistant Attorney General, Office of Legal Policy, United States Department of Justice. Registration for the event will begin at 5:00 pm and the presentation will be from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm. The event will take place at Blank Rome LLP, Marvin Comisky Conference Center, One Logan Square, 130 North 18th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 1.0 hour of CLE credit will be available.
