On June 26, 2007, the ACS Chicago Lawyer Chapter hosted its Fourth Annual U.S. Supreme Court Term Review. In the immediate wake of the Term's conclusion, the panel of distinguished constitutional law professors and practitioners analyzed some of the Court’s key decisions and their potential impact on law, business and society. This discussion, sponsored by Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw, featured panelists: Susan Bandes, Distinguished Research Professor, DePaul University College of Law, and Visiting Professor, University of Chicago Law School; Leah Bartelt, Reproductive Rights Staff Counsel, ACLU of Illinois; David Franklin, Assistant Professor of Law, DePaul University College of Law; Jeffrey W. Sarles, Partner, Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw LLP;Barry Sullivan, Partner, Jenner & Block and Former Dean, Washington & Lee University School of Law; and was moderated by Steve Sanders, Associate, Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw LLP.
