ACS's Nashville Chapter presents "Executed on a Technicality: Lethal Injustice on America's Death Row,” featuring David R. Dow, University Distinguished Professor, University of Houston Law Center. This event will take place on Monday, March 31, 2008, at 5:30 p.m., at the Office of the Federal Public Defender, 810 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee.
