Prof. Ted Frech (UCSB Economist), Ms. Betty-Ann Izenman (Program Director, The Prison Society), Mr. Richard Ellers (Director, Bureau of Health, Pennsylvania Dept of Corrections), and a representative from Wharton will discuss the pros and cons of privatization, and its effect on the provision of medical services in our nation's prisons.
