On March 5, the Chicago Lawyer Chapter presented "Prayer in Public Schools: Is the Illinois Silent Reflection and Student Prayer Act Constitutional?" This successful event featured Rob Sherman, Host of The Rob Sherman Show on WJJG AM 1530 and Plaintiff in Sherman v. Township High School District 214 et al, J. Michael Johnson, Senior Legal Counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund and Adam Schwartz, Senior Staff Counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois. The event was moderated by Daniel W. Hamilton, Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Institute for Law and the Humanities at Chicago-Kent College of Law.
